This old mill is an Environmental Education Center located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Protected Natural Area. 

Its main objective is to offer society the understanding and approach to the natural and rural environment. Thus we promote tolerance, respect for people and the environment through the development of various educational programs.

During the stay we offer homemade menus. Depending on your needs we can offer different varieties.
