This rural house is loaded with history because of its location in the old town of Nigüelas, at the foot of the Sierra de Nigüelas and Dúrcal. A few minutes away you have different hiking trails in the countryside. It is a village that will captivate you for its culture, tradition ... This enclave for its location makes you have wonderful views.
The house is on two floors. The second floor has a very coquettish kitchen, a living room with a large table to enjoy a cozy lunch or dinner with friends or family. The living room has a fireplace that in the cold months is appreciated, although it also has a pellet heating machine. One of the double bedrooms is located on this second floor and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are 2 very bright double bedrooms and another double bedroom. All of them have closets to store clothes. There is also another living room to relax and create a different atmosphere. On this floor there is another toilet with shower.
And for lovers of good views, on the third floor there is a terrace surrounded by mountains and overlooking the Lecrin Valley. It is ideal to enjoy a dinner or a breakfast in the months of warm and high temperatures.
This rural house is ideal for lovers of history, hiking, to spend a few relaxing days with friends or family and rest from the city. In a few 20 minutes you have the tropical coast, in 20 minutes the Alpujarras, in 15 minutes Granada and in 45 minutes Sierra Nevada.
IMPORTANT, PRICES WILL DEPEND ON THE SEASON OF THE YEAR. IN SUMMER ONLY RENTED BY THE WEEK, ON LONG WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS. THE REST OF THE YEAR IT IS RENTED FOR WEEKENDS, THREE DAYS OR A WEEK. ON HOLIDAYS ASK US FOR THE PRICE BECAUSE IT VARIES.
